To assess your tolerance, take 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) with 6 oz. of water for up to 3 days. Once your tolerance has been assessed, take 1 serving (1 scoop) with 12 oz. of water, 30-45 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 1 scoop within a 24 hour period.
