For best results use as a meal replacement for one or two meals (dependant on your individual goals) to help reduce calorie intake in a day whilst providing an array of vitamins and minerals to support health and well-being.
Add 2 scoops (54g) to 250ml-300ml of cold water. Mix thoroughly in a blender or a shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 1-2 servings as meal replacements daily.
